Vineyard Stories, an evening of good food and wine, while listening to the tales of winemakers.
A monthly instalment, hosted by Villa 47 and Head Chef, Clayton Bell in collaboration with our local wine makers.
Kicking off the first one is the family owned wine estate, Springfield, situated in the Robertson Valley, Western Cape.
Jenna Bruwer, a 5th Generation Bruwer, will be sharing her Springfield family stories while introducing the carefully selected wines paired with this delicious five course menu prepared by Clayton Bell.

Many of the wines at Springfield Estate are made using natural yeast. This allows the character and the individuality of the grape to truly show itself. Due to the wild yeast fermentation, the family strives to work as naturally as possible, both in the vineyard and the cellar.”
